Wristband Pickup

You must go to the box office to exchange your electronic tickets for admission wristbands.

To avoid last-minute lineups, we recommend picking them up in advance during box office hours at the event site (51 Notre-Dame East, Lorrainville, Quebec, J0Z 2R0), which will be open on Friday, August 15, 2025 and Saturday, August 16, 2025, starting at 3:00 PM.

For those who purchased online, please ensure you have your electronic tickets ready on your mobile device screen or have your tickets printed on paper before arriving at the box office. If you cannot find your tickets, please bring your invoice number.

On-site purchase

You can also purchase your tickets on site during the box office hours listed above. To avoid last-minute lineups, please arrive in advance.
